David Bonner is a Chief Executive, Inventor, Educator and Economist. As a U.S. operations executive with major global experience on the ground on every continent, his functional expertise includes: board chairman & director, general management, marketing, finance, and operations. David has 25+ years leading turnarounds and startups in Europe, China, NA and Australia.  He increased those companies value 2.5 to 20 times while leading many breakthroughs in product and organization innovations.  David’s academic training includes economics: B.A. LaSalle University, M.A. New York University, specializing in the firm, industrial organization and regional economics.

Aidong Xu, PhD has over 20 years experience as power  electronics engineer and senior engineering management. His expertise includes business development, volume manufacturing and project management experience in diverse industries. He led the design of the first Trezium® motor controller. As Chief Technology Advisor for Thor Power, Aidong oversees all Engineering activities, advising on technology and product applications development, new product strategy and mentoring engineers. Aidong specializes is in the field of variable speed drive, power converters. He holds a PhD degree in Power electronics from Loughborough University in England along with  his undergraduate degree of BSc 1st Hon (Electronic Engineering) from China Textile University, Shanghai, China. A citizen of the UK, Chartered Engineer and full Member of IET (MIET).

Maite Pina is responsible for Thor Power’s capital raising process and business development. She has over 10 years experience in the energy markets. She has previously raised capital for the largest wind farm portfolio in Latin America (LATAM) and executed and manage investments in LATAM, and Eastern Europe. Maite specializes in developing project financial and commercial structure and raising capital for small and medium enterprises within the energy and agriculture sector. She has previously worked for Carbon Capital Markets, Climate Change Capital, Mott MacDonald and National Grid. Maite has an MSc in Finance from the University of London and a BSc in Industrial Electronic Engineering from the University of Cartagena, Spain.

Rob Bender has had over 25 years in government affairs at the Federal, State & Local levels; he is a Member of USNAAA Board of Trustees and President of the USS Pennsylvania Foundation; in addition, he is the former President of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association (USNAAA) Philadelphia and President of the U. S. Navy League, Philadelphia Council.) He also consults at senior levels for organizational effectiveness and individual and organizational learning.  Rob is a service disabled veteran.

Gary Busch brings more than 25 years experience in global purchasing, new product launch, business development and P&L roles. Gary has a strong background in Total Cost Management (TCM) with particular expertise in eliminating costs associated with waste utilizing his superior Lean and Six Sigma training. He has led procurement development in Honda of America, International Navistar, Honeywell Aerospace and Shiloh Industries in a cradle to grave purchasing environment on projects for IBM, DuPont, Corning Glass Works and other large OEMs. He has a degree in Construction Technology, Business Administration and a MBA in Business Management with an entrepreneurial concentration. He has established business and supplier relationships in So. America, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia.

Ernest Willson ME, PE has over 40 years experience as a Professional Mechanical Engineer with strong project management and leadership skills. He has demonstrated ability in design, development, evaluation and construction of power plants and power plant systems as a Consulting Engineer with Chinook Energy, Worley Parsons & URI, Washington Group International as well as Raytheon, United Technologies, MIT & U.S. Army. In addition, Ernie has significant background in engineering, development and marketing of engineered products. Ernie is a member of ASME. He is also both a Member and Chair of local Township Planning & Development Commissions.

Herbert S. Meeker, Esquire has been a corporate attorney since 1951. He has served as legal counsel to both public and private enterprises and entrepreneurs. Mr. Meeker has been involved in just about every type of business transaction, both here and abroad.  Herb has served virtually every industry and profession, bringing a wealth of experience, legal wisdom and business acumen to his clients.  He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the city of New York, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice before the New York and Pennsylvania State Bars.  His education includes: B.A., Williams College; LL.B, New York University.
