David Bonner, founder and chief executive, is a business professional who has transformed no less than 11 multimillion and billion dollar businesses worldwide, including Massey Ferguson, Perkins Engines and Atlas Copco Electric Tools. He understands the needs of both small businesses and large corporations.

Most recently he founded and funded Thor Power in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a leading edge developer of ultra-efficient, cost-saving, highly reliable and supremely durable electric motor technology. He is an executive with 25+ years experience in corporate restructuring and startup management and a proven track record of increasing market value.

In addition to his experience in transforming corporations, David has supported future business minds through his adjunct professorship at Universities such as Hofstra and the Pennsylvania State University.
